We mainly use Telegram platform for sending and receiving files and requests
you can also Email us the files on crownitdental@gmail.com.

What kind of scan files do you accept ?

We accept STL, PLY, DCM, And OBJ files

What kind of software do you work with?

We Use 3shape, and Exocad For design, we can use other softwares if needed

How many Edits Can I get for the design?

Feel free to request any edits on the design even after delivery unless it is a change in the order form (adding or removing a tooth or changing from connected to separate crowns)

How Can I ask for a design preview?

Send a message noting that you'll need a design preview before delivery and we'll schedule a google meet meeting with you
